UNIX time may be specified in either seconds or milliseconds, which TimeUtils.UnixTime failed to represent. The existing TimeUtils.UnixTime has now been mamrked as obsolete, and TimeUtils.UnixTimeSeconds has been introduced to replace it. TimeUtils.UnixTimeMilliseconds has also been added to represent milliseconds.
Updated the StringUtils.TryParseBoolean methods to support the same truthy and falsy values (see fa9164f)
One method supported yes, y, no and n while the other didn't. Now both do support these values.
Added support for working with DateOnly and TimeOnly (see 8bb039f)
The EssentialsDate and EssentialsTime classes now have additional constructors and methods that support DateOnly and TimeOnly.
